• Non-Official Status: This tool is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE). It is an independent project by SparkPay Studio.
• Estimations Only: Generated results are non-binding estimates. Final grades are determined exclusively by official examination boards following moderation.
• Threshold Fluctuations: Grade boundaries shift across exam series. Historical boundaries (e.g., Nov 2025) used for upcoming series serve strictly as references.
• Accuracy: While every effort is made to ensure precision, the information and calculations provided on this site are presented 'as is' and may contain inaccuracies. Users are advised to cross-check all results with official examination boards.

3. Contact Form & Resource Submissions

When using our Contact Form or submitting study resources, notes, or feedback, you agree to the following conditions:

• Acceptable Use: You agree not to send spam, malicious scripts, abusive message content, or unauthorized commercial advertisements through our submission channels.
• Resource Submissions & Intellectual Property: By submitting revision resources, notes, or materials, you confirm that you own the rights to the content or have authorization to share it. You grant SparkPay Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, format, and display the submitted materials on our platform for free educational purposes.
• No Guarantee of Response: While we endeavor to process inquiries and resource submissions promptly, we do not guarantee a response or immediate publishing of submitted materials.

4. User Conduct & Shareable Result Images

Our utility allows users to generate downloadable dynamic summary cards. By utilizing the "Share Result" feature, you agree that:

• Reference Purpose Only: Generated cards are strictly for personal reference and DO NOT constitute official academic transcripts or official certificates.
• Prohibition of Forgery: You strictly agree NOT to alter or distribute generated images to deceive schools, universities, employers, or authorities as official results.
• System Integrity: Reverse-engineering our weighting algorithms, scraping databases, or injecting automated bots to disrupt service functionality is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property & Resource License

The design, code, branding, and calculation engines of this site belong to Jevin Chew and SparkPay Studio.

• Allowed Mention & Sharing: You are free to share, copy, and redistribute our resources in any medium or format for non-commercial educational purposes, provided you give appropriate credit and link back to https://igcsegradecalc.site.
• Non-Commercial Restriction: You may NOT use our resources, PDF files, or site content for commercial purposes, including selling, paid bundling, or hosting behind a paywall.
• No Modifications: If you remix, transform, or build upon our materials, you may not distribute the modified material. Original logos and branding must remain intact.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparkPay Studio and Jevin Chew shall not be liable for any direct or consequential damages resulting from website use, including academic decisions made based on calculated estimates.

7.1 Cookieless Analytics (No Consent Required)

• Ahrefs Web Analytics: Measures aggregate traffic statistics (page views, referrers, country, device type). This service does NOT use cookies, does NOT store IP addresses, does NOT fingerprint individual users, and does NOT collect personal data. It cannot identify you as an individual and runs without requiring your consent.

7.2 Consent-Based Analytics (Requires Opt-In)

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4): On some pages, we use GA4 to collect anonymized usage data (such as pages visited and session duration) to help us improve site utility and performance.
