While we strive for 100% accuracy, the following must be acknowledged:

• Non-Official Status: This tool is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE). It is an independent project by SparkPay Studio.
• Estimations Only: The results generated are estimates. Final grades are determined exclusively by the respective examination boards after official moderation.
• Threshold Fluctuations: Grade boundaries change with every exam series. Using historical data (e.g., Nov 2025) for future series (e.g., June 2026) is for reference purposes only.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The design, code, logic, and content of this website (including the "Asset Calc" and "IGCSE Grade Calculator" algorithms) are the intellectual property of Jevin Chew and SparkPay Studio.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the tool for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Redistribution, web scraping, or mirroring our database without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. User Conduct

By using this site, you agree NOT to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer the weighting algorithms or data extraction scripts.
• Interfere with the website’s hosting or security measures.
• Use our "Share Results" feature to spread misleading or falsified academic data.
